The plot's point
The guide's master map (proto/map_points.json) has no Dream Hotel point; the closest entry in the guide's inventory gave 40.57747, 49.94034 (marked approx), about 2 km to the southwest. We show the 2GIS coordinates, which match the presentation's master plan placing the hotel on the first line by the Lighthouse pier. The Esri satellite layer may predate the works, so the spot may look empty there.

What's Already Open Around It
Until the hotel exists, everything interesting nearby belongs to the neighbors. Below are only the places whose position relative to the plot is confirmed by the presentation's master plan and maps.
- The Lighthouse block
The same pier, the neighboring development: a long building with glass balconies and a courtyard with a pool and parking. Finished and occupied.
- The resort beach
The Sea Breeze beach strip with cabanas, umbrellas and sun loungers. Open in season.
- The pier and sail tower
The pier with its tower reaching into the sea shows up in almost every aerial shot of the first line: it's the most visible landmark in this part of the resort.
